“A Sweater, Woven #1” Bias Sweater Pullover

 This sweater came about because I was determined to show that a sweater could be woven, and not just knitted or crocheted. I wanted to give beginning weavers something to think about, beyond scarves and table runners. This lovely piece is made from a gorgeous wool boucle hand-dyed yarn, with a soft, solid wool collar and accent. It’s dolman sleeve fits loosely with comfort, and the overall size is about a 12/14. The bias bottom edge sits perfectly at the waist, without raising when the arms are raised. It’s been very popular in our booth, and customers love to try it on!
