Ellen Loves Purple #2 – Merino/Silk Handspun Yarn

A lovely spin of one of Zephyr Creek Farm’s beautiful batts, created by Ellen Zawada! Hand-dyed colors spun up beautifully into a lofty bulky, yet feather-weight yarn that is perfect for weaving and knitting into unique creations. A beautiful magenta-purple with tiny touches of sparkle… and after swirling the fiber around a core, it was then plied with mulberry silk for a balanced yarn with a bit of both elasticity and drape. 90 yds to play with, and this yarn coordinates with “Ellen Loves Purple #1”!
