It is sometimes called “duke silk”, and it has a fabulous drape and shine. Beautiful for weaving, knitting, crochet; anywhere a shimmering silk is needed, and a little luxury appreciated!

*ALL weights and yardages are APPROXIMATE. I try my best to keep yarn skeins as consistent in yardage/weight as possible, but since so many of these silks are produced by hand in a primitive way, the skeins always vary.
